What began as a side project, ultimately turned into a company that has supported hundreds of teams and saved countless hours of repetitive work and increased their chances of closing deals.

In this Interview, Noah Loul’s featured on Interview People serve as an active collaboration for sharing relevant knowledge. We discuss the issues of companies having slow, unresponsive lead times, and the ability to use AI agents to quickly qualify leads, book meetings, and follow up without any human action. Noah discusses the real-world impacts of these tools, such as shorter deal cycles, increased conversions, and the importance of starting small with automation steps.

Noah Loul didn’t start in tech. He started with a problem – small businesses not being able to grow because they weren’t able to scale their teams or could afford the time it took to respond to a customer. That frustration led him to create something better. Noah is currently the CEO of B2B Rocket, a company focused on sophisticated, AI-powered sales automation helping small businesses scale. His team builds tools that qualify leads, do follow-up, and close deals – without requiring new headcounts.

His vision and mission is to directly help a million businesses be able to grow without having to break their wallets or burn out their teams. With experience in business development as well as software solutions, Noah merges technical acumen with business practicality.  He will talk about AI in simple terms and encourages his team to develop tools that just work. No hype. Just results.

Interviewer: What led you to start B2B Rocket?

Noah Loul: I worked in sales, and it was easy to see the same issues wherever I looked—slow response rates, overworked teams, and prospects slipping through the cracks. I wanted to build something that solved those problems without piling more stress on people. That’s when B2B Rocket started.

Interviewer: How do your AI agents actually work?

Noah Loul: They take care of the first part of the sales process. When a lead comes in, the agent responds immediately, asks intelligent questions to qualify the lead, and then takes the lead to the appropriate next step, whether it’s a demo, following up, or it going to a human rep.

Interviewer: What’s one result you’ve seen that shows this works?

Noah Loul: By simply letting our agent send the first response, one of our clients experienced a 60% increase in lead-to-meeting conversions. Their reps could only focus on serious prospects.

Interviewer: Who is your product built for?

Noah Loul: Small and medium-sized B2B companies that don’t have large sales teams. If you’re sick of chasing cold leads and want to take control of your pipeline, this is for you.

Interviewer: How fast can a company get started with your tools?

Noah Loul: Usually, we have teams running within 24 hours. There is no complex setup. You link your systems, choose a few preferences, and the agent works!

Interviewer: What mistakes do companies make when they try to automate sales?

Noah Loul: They attempt to replace too much too quickly. The purpose is not to eliminate people – it is to take repetitive tasks off people’s plate, so they can focus on selling.

Interviewer: How do you keep the AI agent sounding human?

Noah Loul: We train it on your actual conversations and add filters to keep the tone natural. You can review and make adjustments to the script any time.

Interviewer: What was the hardest part of building B2B Rocket?

Noah Loul: Getting people to trust AI with sales. Sales is personal, and people were skeptical. We had to prove it worked by showing real results.

Interviewer: What would you say to someone who’s on the fence about using AI for sales?

Noah Loul: Getting people to trust AI to do sales. Sales is personal. People were skeptical. We had to prove it worked, with real results.

Interviewer: How do you balance automation with personal touch?

Noah Loul: We automate where it makes sense—following up, scheduling, and basic qualification—but we know when to hand it off to actual humans once the lead is up to speed. That balance drives quality.

Interviewer: What’s one feature your customers love?

Noah Loul: Immediate response. Leads don’t wait. Addressing leads quickly is critical, and our clients love the message that their agents reply to leads within seconds, even on weekends.

Interviewer: How do you see AI changing sales in the next five years?

Noah Loul: AI will do much of the early work. Sales reps will be closing more deals and chasing accounts less.

Interviewer: What’s your team like behind the scenes?

Noah Loul: We’re small, remote and simple. Everyone is focused on solving customer problems without fluff. We deliver results.

Interviewer: What personal habit helps you lead effectively?

Noah Loul: I write a short list for each day: 3 things that move the needle. No distractions. That practice helps me stay focused.

Interviewer: What’s your main goal for B2B Rocket this year?

Noah Loul: Reach 10,000 active users and help them close more deals, with less effort. Every product update we do is focused on that goal.
